Whether you’re a yoga teacher, doula, fitness instructor or birth worker, this is a space to deepen your knowledge, connect with a community of like-minded women, and expand the way you support your students and clients during pregnancy and postpartum.
We'll be gathering in a peaceful, supportive environment to dive into topics like pregnancy-safe yoga, postnatal recovery, teaching baby & me classes, and holding space for women during this transformational chapter of life. You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to teach pregnant and postpartum students in group or private settings—and yes, it counts for 50 hours of Yoga Alliance continuing education.
If you’ve been wanting to feel more prepared when a pregnant student walks into your class, or you’re ready to hold space for new mothers in a more meaningful way, this training is for you.
