Will you know what to do?
This 50-hour training makes sure the answer is yes. You'll learn how to support women through every trimester and into postpartum recovery — what's safe, what's not, and why.
It's fully online and self-paced, so you can work through it around your teaching schedule (or your own kids' naps- whenever you have time!). When you finish, you'll be certified with 50 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education and ready to teach your first prenatal and/or postnatal class- and you finally won’t panic when prenatal women join your group classes.
No fluff. Just the knowledge and confidence to actually use it.
