    Hi, I’m Lauren!

Yoga teacher & Founder of Island Prenatal Yoga! When I first got certified to teach yoga, I was SO scared every time pregnant women joined my classes. So much so that I dove into the world of Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga- I completed numerous trainings in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, studied under physiotherapists and pelvic floor specialists and fell in love with these practices.

Then in 2018, I created Island Prenatal Yoga School to share my love for Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga with other yoga teachers and wellness professionals. It’s now a Registered Prenatal Yoga School via Yoga Alliance. We’ve had over 600+ yoga teachers go through our Prenatal & Postnatal YTTs both online and in Bali!

I hope you enjoy the free guide!
