⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I absolutely loved my prenatal training with Lauren. The 100% online module made it easy for me to finish the course on my own. Lauren is extremely thorough in her approach and I felt like I gained so much knowledge. After her training, I felt comfortable and confident to begin teaching prenatal yoga, and I did right away, starting with a prenatal yoga workshop at the studio where I teach.
