This course is for anyone who has previously completed a 200-hour YTT program, something similar, or has a regular practice of yoga and an interest in prenatal, postnatal and/or kids yoga. We have other fitness professionals enrolled as well! A knowledge of yoga terminology is useful to get the most out of the course. Yes, you can choose to “upgrade” to the 85-hour course with our school if you’d like to go further with Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and have the RPYT status via Yoga Alliance. The upgrade fee is $349 USD.

YES! This course is registered with 50 Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance for Prenatal & Postnatal (25 hours for each section), the Kids Module is 15 hours. If you enroll in all 3 areas, the total will be 75 hours with Yoga Alliance.

We also have a new 85-hour Prenatal YTT which is registered with Yoga Alliance and can enable you to have the RPYT logo on your Yoga Alliance profile.

Yes, you can take as much time as you need to finish the 50-hour course. I would recommend to finish within 1 year, but that’s only because I’ve seen the highest completion rate this way. The 85-hour Prenatal course needs to be completed by December 31, 2021.

Yes, you will be certified with all the knowledge you need to begin teaching prenatal, postnatal and kids yoga (or whichever areas you enroll in.) Each course includes a manual, videos, voice recordings, sample sequences, modifications, and so much more!

It depends which course you take! For our 50-hour self-paced Prenatal & Postnatal course, no. This course is registered with Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours and will certify you to teach these areas, but not give you the RPYT status. However, if you complete our 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Training, then YES! you can receive the RPYT logo and designation from Yoga Alliance upon completion of the course.

Yes, you will receive a PDF version of your certification, including the Yoga Alliance logo, the YACEP logo, the course title and hours completed, and my signature as the instructor.

The 50 hour course is registered with Continuing Education hours, the 85-hour course will allow you to receive the logo RPYT in Yoga Alliance. The 50 hour course is self paced, the 85-hour course includes 5 live sessions via Zoom, as well as additional assignments and everything must be complete by December 31, 2021.
